Day 1: Marrakech – Telouet – Ait Ben Haddou.
Depart in the morning towards the High Atlas via the Tizi n’Tichka pass (2260m). Visit the ancient Glaoui kasbah in Telouat, have lunch, then continue through Ounila Valley to the UNESCO-listed Ait Ben Haddou kasbah. Explore the village, dine, and stay at the hotel.
Day 2: Ait Ben Haddou – Tinghir.
After breakfast, head to Skoura on the Road of a Thousand Kasbahs. Visit the magnificent Kasbah Amridil. Continue to the Rose Valley, passing Berber villages. Lunch in Dadès Gorges, visit Todra Gorges, and stay in a charming guesthouse.
Day 3: Tinghir – Zagora.
After breakfast, journey through the Jebel Saghrou mountain range, meeting Ait Ata nomads. Descend to Draa Valley for lunch with a stunning view. Continue to Zagora for the night.
Day 4: Zagora – Chigaga.
Drive to Chigaga Desert via Tamegroute pottery village and its ancient Quranic library. Picnic in Mhamid, then reach Chigaga’s towering dunes. Enjoy camel rides, a campfire, Berber songs, and a night at the desert camp.
Day 5: Chigaga – Chigaga.
Rest day for maximum enjoyment and interaction with nomads. Lunch with them, return to the camp.
Day 6: Chigaga – Foum Zguid – Tafraoute.
Witness sunrise, breakfast, visit nomads, pass by Lake Iriqui and acacia-dotted plateau. Lunch in Foum Zguid, then head to Tafraoute via Taznakhte, known for Berber carpets. Dinner and hotel stay.
Day 7: Tafraoute – Tafrawte.
Depart for Tafrawte via Tiznit Oasis, visit Zafran village, enjoy lunch, pass through valleys, rocks, and Berber villages. Evening and night at the hotel.
Day 8: Tafraoute – Agadir.
Visit Tafraoute, head to Agadir through stunning landscapes, visit the Godar (mountain harvest reserve). Lunch in Ait Baha, then back to Agadir for an optional visit.
Day 9: Agadir – Essaouira.
Depart for Essaouira along the coast, have lunch at the city gate for fresh seafood. Free afternoon to explore Essaouira.
Day 10: Essaouira – Marrakech.
After hotel lunch, transfer to Marrakech.
